Enrollment Agreement

The student agrees to attend all six Saturday sessions. Absence from more than one session may affect certification eligibility.

The student agrees to actively participate in all exercises, practice sessions, and assessments.

The student agrees to keep all course materials, CGM scripts, and proprietary content confidential and to use them solely to practice CognitiveOS Hypnosis®.

The student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or publish any course materials without the written consent of Mind Fitness Inc.

The student acknowledges that the program must be used in its complete form and must not be combined with other therapeutic modalities without prior written approval from the instructor.

Upon successful completion of all six sessions and passing the certification assessment, the student will receive the CognitiveOS Hypnosis® Certified Practitioner designation.

Should a student not pass the certification assessment on the first attempt, they may repeat the assessment for a fee of $250 per attempt. The instructor will assess readiness before scheduling a repeat attempt.

Certification authorizes the student to practice CognitiveOS Hypnosis® as Mind Fitness Coaching in the State of Florida, in full compliance with Florida law. The student understands that this certification does not constitute a license to practice clinical hypnotherapy or any other licensed health profession.

More than 14 days before the course start date: the signature deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

Within 14 days of the course start date: no refund will be issued. The student may, at the instructor's discretion, transfer enrollment to a future course.

No-show: no refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event that Mind Fitness Inc. cancels the course, all payments received will be refunded in full within 14 days.

The student confirms that they are in good general health and are not aware of any physical or mental health condition that would prevent them from participating safely in this program. The student agrees to disclose any relevant health information to the instructor prior to the start of the course.

CognitiveOS Hypnosis® is not a medical treatment. If the student is currently under the care of a mental health professional, they should consult their provider before enrolling.

Mind Fitness Inc. and Luca Bosurgi shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage of any nature arising from the student's participation in the course or their subsequent practice of CognitiveOS Hypnosis®, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

The student agrees to practice CognitiveOS Hypnosis® responsibly, ethically, and within the scope of their certification. The student assumes full responsibility for their own practice and client outcomes.

All course materials, scripts, methods, branding, and proprietary content are the exclusive intellectual property of Mind Fitness Inc. and Luca Bosurgi. The student is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely in the context of their authorized CognitiveOS Hypnosis® practice. No materials may be copied, adapted, taught, or shared without prior written permission.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
